How it works
Ordering here is deliberately simple: browse, submit, then confirm with us directly. Nothing is automated on our side, and nothing is charged online.
Minimum order: $75
You need at least $75 worth of products in your cart before you can submit an order. Your cart shows how much more to add if you are short.
Where we deliver
If your address is outside these areas we will not be able to deliver.
Age requirement
You must be 19 or older. The date-of-birth check on entry is a first step only — it is not identity verification. A clear photo of your government-issued ID is required before any delivery is confirmed, and we check it against the person receiving the order.
Your date of birth is used once in your own browser to work out your age. It is not stored and it is never sent to us.
Placing an order

Choose a category, open a product, and pick your option and quantity.

Review your cart. It must reach the $75 minimum before you can check out.

At checkout, give a name and a mobile number. That is all we collect here.

Copy your order summary from the confirmation page.

Send these four things
- Your name, exactly as you gave it on this order
- Your complete order list (copy it from the summary above)
- Your full civic delivery address, including any unit or apartment number
- A clear photo of your government-issued ID

We verify and confirm
We match your message to your order, complete the checks, and confirm a delivery time with you. Your order is not confirmed and nothing is scheduled until we reply.
Delivery times
Orders are taken until 6:30 PM. We aim to have an order confirmed at least 30 minutes before a run so there is time to sort it out properly.
These times are published as a guide. Submitting an order does not book a slot, reserve capacity, or put you on a route. Your delivery time is agreed with you on Signal, by a person, every time.
Payment
There is no online payment on this site. Totals shown are estimates and are confirmed with you before delivery.
What we keep
From this website: your name, your mobile number, and what you ordered. Your civic address and your ID photo are shared over Signal and are never stored on this site.
